The concept of this is that you would move this server in your list somewhere to seperate groups of servers. 
Lets say you have all of your active servers at the top and your other servers on the bottom. 
You can move this server in between them and make it nicer to go through your servers since you know that your important ones are at the top. 
If you wanted to, you could take this to the extreme with more dividers and I can make some more.
