You can rank up by talking in the server and interacting with the server itself.
Once you get to the rank behind an admin rank, you can apply to be a mod. Just be a good moderator and you can officialy become a mod, then rank up more.
Lord of the Crystal is essentially head of the staff, he can help you with things.
