features
- mcelfresh will make threads like clyde did, and will respond to any message in them
- you can say his name and he'll still respond, no more @'s!
- he can see images
- can and will leave you on read (indicated by checkmark)
managing him
/server_settings - Toggles a server setting server settings include whether he can see images and whether he can make threads
/cage - Mcelfresh will reply without needing to ping him or say his name
/ban_user - bans a user for duration of time (1d for one day, 1h for one hour, etc)
/unban_user - unbans user
/wipe_channel_memory - erases channel memory incase you fucked smth up
