We’re excited to roll out a major update centered around a brand‑new online dashboard and several highly requested features. Here’s what’s new:

The dashboard is currently in beta, so some features may not work as expected. I reserve the right to close the site at any time if problems arise. Please report bugs so I can fix them quickly.

A new version has just been deployed, bringing a host of critical bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features focused on security and transparency. Here’s what’s new:

🐛 Bug Fixes
Group Deletion: Fixed a major bug where a group was deleted even if you cancelled the action in the confirmation message.
Auto-Complete: Corrected the auto-complete suggestions for the channel option in the /group removechannel command.
Memory Leak Fixed: Resolved a memory leak related to the "Username is writing..." synchronization feature, which should significantly improve the bot's long-term stability.
Performance: Implemented various optimizations and fixes to improve the bot's overall performance.

Send a notification to all rooms in a synchronisation group when the group is deleted!
Send a notification to all synchronised channels when a server is banned from a group

When creating a group, the password field now more explicitly states the criteria that the password must meet.

Added a statistic on the number of private groups in real time

NB: The statistics ‘since the bot was created’ are counted from this update onwards. We therefore do not know the exact number since the bot was created (there have been around 25,000 synchronised messages so far, I believe).

- Public Group Warnings: When you create or join a group without a password, the bot will now display a security warning to ensure you understand the risks of a public channel.
- New Server Notifications: To improve transparency, when a new server connects one of its channels to a sync key you are using, the owners of all other servers in that sync network will now receive a notification.
- Admin Responsibility Disclaimer: A warning has been added during group setup reminding administrators that it is their responsibility to inform their members about the potential for their messages to be shared with other servers, in accordance with data protection laws (like GDPR).
- Improved Bug Tracking: The internal bug tracking and logging system has been drastically improved, which will help me fix any future issues much faster.

A new version has just been deployed, bringing a host of bug fixes and major improvements, especially to command usability and international support. Here’s what’s new:

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Auto-Complete Overhaul: Fixed numerous bugs and implemented missing auto-complete suggestions for the following commands: /getserverbymessage, /getuserbymessage, /getgroupbymessage, /group banserver, /group unbanserver, /group addchannel, /group removechannel, /channelinfo, /group banuser, and /group unbanuser. This should make using them much more intuitive.
- Invalid ID Validation: Fixed a critical bug where any text could be entered in the /group banserver and /group banuser commands. The bot now correctly verifies that the provided ID is a valid Discord server or user ID before proceeding.
- Unban Logic Corrected: Fixed a bug that could sometimes cause your own server to be removed from a group when trying to unban another server.
- Channel Syncing: Fixed a bug that incorrectly allowed syncing a text channel with a thread using /group addchannel, which would later cause crashes. The validation is now stricter.
- Translation Fixes: Corrected various translation errors across the bot.

✨ New Features & Improvements
- Automatic Language Detection! When the bot joins a new server, it will now automatically detect the server's language and set its own language accordingly (if supported). This means less setup for new users!
- Full Command Translation: All commands, subcommands, descriptions, and options are now fully translated. The bot will display them in the language of your Discord client.

has no raid protection from at least everyone spam, to get user id I need to vote for this shit

This is by far the best synchronization bot I’ve ever tested. Being able to sync messages, forums, and threads in real time across multiple servers is just incredible! Everything stays perfectly aligned with no effort. The setup is super simple, and the commands are intuitive. What I love most is that the bot is constantly evolving based on user feedback. Honestly, if you manage multiple Discord servers, Everysync is a must-have! 🚀🔥

Nice bot but just one thing, it would be nice to not make it able to ping members in all synced servers. like as an option you can turn on and off. I have some of my members who are in multiple servers at once, when they get ping in the sync chat, it ping them in all server.

Just set it up. I've only done the initial setting up and testing, but actually very easy to setup! I was afraid I had to dig deep into making it work. The chatting is basically instant to the other server. Going to test it with some creator buddies. Will make it easier for people to join and not having to join one million servers just to set up or talk to eachother :)! Thanks for this awesome plugin!
