totally WILD how they have an official process where u pay to get unbanned. There's no fairness in being banned NOR is there any fairness in unbans. That guy who sent some crazy shit? the report function doesn't work, meaning people are allowed to say foul things to me through the bot, but i cannot do anything about it. also is it down for a while, or have you guys shut it down cause it's been offline for a few days
modding makes no sense. another one of my friends got a temp ban for saying something i said but instead im perma banned. gave context as well no changes. bots cool mods and horrendous.

Overall, the bot is really good and does a great job helping people connect and make friends. The 3-strike system is also a nice feature it keeps things in control. However, it would work much better if it had some conditions. For example, if someone is being inappropriate to others during a call, then the system should definitely step in.
