Automatically Slow down your Server! - Dm-/Invite-Block and Spam-Protection

DM and Invite Blocker: Can block both direct messages and invites for members server-wide. Uses the new Security Actions feature every 24 hours, so you do not have to worry about manually setting it.
Automatic spam protection: When a user sends two messages in a specific time, they get a short timeout. This stops bots, that spam messages in all Channels from succesing entirely.

Command	Description
`/help`	Show a link to the bot's website
`/toggledmblock`	Toggles whether members are allowed to send DM's or not. `default=false`
`/toggleinviteblock`	Toggles wether a guild's invites are paused or not. `default=false`
`/togglespamprotection`	Toggles whether members get a timeout on detected spam or not. `default=true`
`/setlog <channel>`	Changes the channel in which log messages are sent. `default=none`
`/settimeoutchecklength <time>`	Changes the time in which spam protection can act. `default=2s`
`/settimeoutlength <time>`	Changes the timeout enacted on possible spammers. `default=5s`
