Frank is a learning discord bot who can talk to you! he has Perspective api implemented into his brain to make him non-toxic. you can talk to him by starting what you say with !frank, or in the dm you can just talk to him. he isnt very smart and may go offline sometimes as he gets updated or moved to a new host. Please join the support server to train him and talk to the creator and managers
