Tickets Is a ticket bot with custom commands and a good ticket system
The commands:
- !new <Problem> -> To create a ticket
- !close <Reason> -> To close a ticket
- !info -> To see more info about a ticket
- !opentickets <@user> -> To see the open tickets from that user
- !add <@user> -> To add someone to your ticket
- !remove <@user> -> To remove someone from your ticket
- !rename <New ticket name> -> To rename your ticket
- !blacklist <add/remove> <@user> -> To add someone to your ticket blacklist
- !ticket <Ticket Number> -> To see more info about a closed ticket
- !tickets <@user> -> To see all tickets from that user
