Puts a list of simple discord rules in the channel you said Rules in.
-kick (reason) -ban (reason)
Simple way to quickly ban members and keep it organized. Users will require the KICK_MEMBERS or BAN_MEMBERS permission to use the commands.

This command goes over other commands
-warn (user) (reason)
Warns a user reason is optional
-warnings (user)
Shows how many times the user has been warned and the previous warning reason.
