Convert Decimal To Binary

This bot doesn't do anything much just as its name covert decimal to binary I just created this bot because I play IRO and before you can access Central Laboratory. It will give you the decimal number and you have to answer the question with binary number. You can add this bot to your discord group. So your friends can use it as in my guild discord.
