Basically does what a Fortune Cookie would do:
F!fortune, F!chinese, F!LuckyNumbers
And yes, Fortune Cookies also do "F!ping" apparently
For the lucky number command(Caps Included) you can only use the numbers for a lottery ticket. If you win the lotto you have to gimme all your money, or else...(JKJK DBL DON'T BAN ME FOR BEGGING)
(Commands also work in the cookie's DM's if you want to be a weirdo about the Bot) (Fortunes update constanly!)
