There are a minimum of 10 skins in each box
The chance to hit a special item is equal to Counter Strike crates
You can increase the chance of special item being won by half by voting on the bot
When the bot stops working, developers quickly put it on its feet.
The bot is updated frequently. Update descriptions can be found on the support server
