Даже по Github видно что бот сделан через пятую точку. Pep8 в коде вообще забыли. Бот вероятнее всего работает очень медленно. Это наверное первый бот этого разработчика, раз уж у него в коде творится такой пиздец. Описание и прочее сделаны очень даже хорошо. Функционал рандомный и его много, это плюс. Снижаю оценку за FFMpeg в музыке.
