Coding Bots

I give the prefix "Jakob" now  i cant  use the bot. How can i reset the bot or change the prefix?
Otherwise is the bot super.


The bot is super cool! All ist FREE!!
It has very nice functions and always works without any problems.
The support team is always competent and friendly and always helps with problems.

I changed the prefix now I can't reset it anymore


It's absolutely easy to use and useful, but idk how to change the Background. Also, the website can't be opened
