HeyFollowers!

The HeyFollowers bot allows a guilds members to follow other users and receive notifications outside the conventional tagging system.

How it works

1. Invite the bot to your guild (from here)
2. Members can now run "!hf follow [@user]" to follow another guild member
3. The followed member can now tag the HeyFollowers bot with their message to notify all subscribed followers
