how to use

• (moderators) set a channel for the bot to speak in with !set
• dm the bot !conf <server id> <your message> to send an anonymous message to any server the bot is in

moderation

• !block <message id> will block the user that sent a given message from using confessions++ on your server. available up to 6 hours after a message is sent
• !allow <message id> will unblock a blocked user. available as long as the user is blocked.
