COMMANDS:
b!vote - this command adds the fire (🔥) and wastebasket (🗑️) reaction to a message so that people may vote on how they like it.
b!feedback - this command asks users to reply to a message with feedback.
b!cookie - this command allows the OP of a message to acknowledge good feedback by replying to the message with said command. this gives the feedback poster a cookie (🍪) reaction, informing them their feedback was helpful.
