Forseti

The City of Forseti, often called Forseti City (FC) or simply Forseti, is the most populous city in the United States. With an estimated 2021 population of 11,128,340 distributed over a land area of about 472.6 square miles. Forseti City is also the most densely populated major city in the United States, surpassing New York City in 2020. It still thrives as the world’s most populous city here in the present, 2090. The development of Forseti began in late 2016 when a large influx of babies started being conceived with genetic mutations that gave them superhuman abilities called amps. The government came to the conclusion that these abnormal youth would be too much to handle in normal society, and in response to that they created a secluded landmass out in the North Pacific Ocean for these individuals to live and thrive with very few people who lack mutations. The process of relocating amped children begins at the moment of birth when a nurse or professional takes a DNA sample and runs it through a system that detects odd genetic chains in the blood. Once an amp is located in the child, the parents are notified of it and they are asked to take themselves, the child, and twelve others of their choice to Forseti to continue their lives. They are not allowed to leave. It might sound harsh but allowing Forsetians out of the territory allows possible information of amped individuals to leak out to the world and could spark wars and illegal operations.
