Background Information

The United States has suddenly been affected by a strange disease names IAAN, Idiopathic Adolescent Acute Neurodegeneration. This disease kills 99% of the adolescentpopulation before they reach age 13. Those that do not die develop powers, abilities that the government is afraid of. The government is not afraid of those that die, the ones that live are the threats.
