Server RPG Policy on a modern day RP in 2019. GI time evolves at the same time as IRL time. It is possible to take major last minute advances, as it has been the case for a very long time before. Characters, buildings, diplomatic situations, ... are not influenced by IRL incidents except in the context of an event organized by the administration.
