My Hero Academia : Legacy of Heroes

Ever since the dawn of Quirks, there have been two distinct sides. Heroes, who fight to maintain order, and villains, who seek to disrupt it. However, in recent times the crime rates have plummeted, leading to the general public to feel safe and protected by the heroes. However, the villains never left. They've simply been hiding in the shadows, waiting for the perfect time to re-emerge and strike fear into the country yet again.
