Meditation Mind is a global community which strives to offer a wholesome and friendly space for anyone interested in or practicing meditation and mindfulness. We are a diverse and inclusive community and we encourage discussions of all kinds of secular and religious meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative practices, including somatic practices. Members can access our free, four-week online mindfulness course, which is based on MBSR/MBCT and has been reviewed by an MBSR Senior Instructor.
