Queue Helper

Queue-Helper is your ultimate tool for organizing World of Warcraft Raid groups directly in Discord! It automates the entire process of raid sign-ups and management by creating a queue with predefined class specifications. Each user can sign up with their WoW character, provided the character meets one of the minimum specs. Once all minimum specs are met, any character can sign up. Additionally, unique classes can be specified that may only be present once in the raid.

Creating templates is a simple process. You can choose any name and then select which buffs and debuffs must be present at least 1 or 2 times. Subsequently, the unique classes can be selected. Each server can define up to 20 templates.

When a raid reaches 24 players, the admins are notified in a channel and can start the raid from there. A new voice channel is created, all players in the queue are notified and asked to come to this channel. The queue is then deleted. When the raid is over and the last player leaves the voice channel, the channel is deleted to keep the server tidy. The name of the voice channel is also the raid name, which can be assigned individually. However, there can always only be one active raid with that name. Once the raid is finished, the name can be used again.

● /help: Shows an overview with detailed help and explanation. ● /setup: Must be run at the beginning to set up the bot. ● /connect: Links your WoW characters. ● /create_template: Creates a template. ● /list_template: Shows all existing templates. ● /show_template: Shows the details of a specific template. ● /delete_template: Deletes a specific template. ● /create_raid: Creates a queue for a raid.

It is important to note that the bot does not have access to personal data or accounts. It only stores the required data of the WoW characters, such as class, specialization, and name, via the /connect command. If someone wants to add a new account, they must run /connect again to update their characters, as we do not have permanent access to this data.
