Bug & Suggestion Tracker Bot

A Discord bot designed to streamline your server’s bug reporting and suggestion management.

Bug Reports: Users can submit bugs to a dedicated channel with update and comment options. Only reporters can update their bugs, and designated staff roles can add comments.

Suggestions: Members can post suggestions in a set channel, with simple upvote/downvote buttons to gauge community feedback. Suggestions are restricted to the configured channel, and non-bot messages there are automatically cleaned up.

Role & Channel Config: Admins can configure the bug report channel, suggestion channel, and assign roles allowed to comment on bugs, all stored persistently in a database.

This bot also alerts users when the bot Sofi.gg comes online or offline due to down time
