The ChessPuzzler bot is easy to use. Simply install it and type in !help to see the commands.
!puzzle - returns a random tactics puzzle as a link to a Lichess analysis board.
!help - for the menu of commands.
ChessPuzzler is built using Elixir so it's super stable.
