(Setup)
- Invite the Bot to your server.
- Create "Tickets" Catagory
- Create "Pending Tickets" Catagory
- Create "Completed Tickets" Catagory
- Create "Executive" Role
- Create "Sales Representative" Role
- Create "Bot" Role
All categories and roles must be exactly as listed (cAsE sEnSaTiVe). Once you get them setup, it should work.
