The current setup of the bot is confusing for both admins and users. Server owners often struggle with the configuration, while regular users don’t always understand how to interact with the bot properly. ModMail is such a good Discord bot for keeping in touch with server members! The setup for the bot is so simple yet feels so classy. It's super organized and gets the job done effectively. When I added it to my server I felt like I owned one of those big public servers with their own modmail bot. I would recommend this bot to anyone who wants to start up a public server.

Definitely a great bot to add to any community. Helps avoid mixing work and friendship when mods become friends with the users (or if they were already friends before that) and definitely makes it easier for everyone to have a better understanding of any situation brought into the staff chat.

Modmail is by far one of the better Discord bots I have ever added to my servers. It isn't as feature-packed as a lot of other bots these days however what it does do, it does really really well. I definitely recommend this bot for any new server owner who looking to keep their DMs closed as all the users have to do is DM the bot a msg (for example 'Hello World') and the bot responds with a menu ...
