Commands:
c!help - This help text

c!g (global) - Display COVID-19 Global Data

c!c (country) - Display COVID-19 statistics for a specific country

c!s (state) - Display COVID-19 statistics for a specific state

c!co (county) - statistics for a specific county

c!ebc - Disable the use of the bot's commands from being used in any channel. (This will work aslong as the channel name includes "bot=commands")

c!dbc - Enable the use of the bot's commands being able to be used in any channel.
