This is made as a siple bot to ban , warn , mute , kick and responds to simple questions. This is not developed well and I am sure it will be developed well soon.

!warn <user> <reson> = warn a user
!mute <user> <reason> =mutes the user(disadvantage of no time limit)
 
!kick <user> <reason> = kicks a member
!ban <user> <reason> = bans a member
