Yes, I'm sad to do this too. Unfortunately the costs to run it became high, and I was forced to recoup costs. I wish there was a free-option for everyone too! There is a free-tier in Rosetta, so you can still use it for free, if you wish.

I had paid for the first tier (bronze). Granted it was only $5.00 USD, but I got nothing. I felt I had wasted money. I could find no website or a way to contact anyone.
