A support-ticket discord bot where members can issue a support ticket and admins can either accept or decline the ticket! You can set up the logs channel, tickets channel, and the category to create new channels. If a ticket is accepted, the bot creates a private channel between the member and the admins that can be closed anytime by lr!close.

lr!support creates a support ticket, generating a 5-digit ID for each ticket. lr!accept {id} accepts the ticket with the given ID. lr!decline {id} declines the ticket with the given ID. lr!close closes the support ticket, must be used in the private channel. lr!settings modifies the bot settings in your server, logs channel, category, etc.

Admins accepting, declining and closing tickets must have the Manage Channels permission.
