Permissions necessary for the bot to run Manage Messages & Embed Links. Mr.Cyborg accepts only hex codes for color input of the embed message. Example - Eembed #FFFF00 Hey there Mr.Cyborg has only one command which is to convert normal messages into embed message with your favourite embed color.
