It's called okbuddy but it's actually a reddit bot.
A bot that fetches posts (sorted by hot) from the specified subreddit. It has some other meme commands too. The default subreddit /r/okbuddyretard.
okb -- next hot meme from currently selected subreddit okb sub -- currently selected subreddit okb set-sub -- selects new subreddit okb hope -- sends wojack on hope okb pain -- sends wojack on pain
