The Bitcoin ticker displays Bitcoin's price and 24hr price movement and other price stats about Bitcoin in your server side bar!

The bot can also utilise roles to change its colour depending on the coins 24hr % - eg, if the coin is down 2%, the bot automatically changes its role color to red;if its up 2%, it changes its role color to green!

The bot also utilises an arrow in its nickname to show the 24 hr % - the arrow points down if its negative, and points up if its positive. The bot checks for new data every 60seconds from the CoinGeckoV3 API

The bot comes with some commands - with loads more to come - and you can see the current commands with B!help

How to set up for your server:

1.Invite the bot you want to your server.

2. The bot will automatically create two roles called "tickers-red" and "tickers-green", if it doens't then create these roles with the "Display seperately" option disabled.

3. Create the role name you want the bots to come under, and check the Display role members seperatly from other online members option.

4 Next, put the roles in this order, starting from bottom to top:

• Tickerbot role, eg @BTC , @ETH - this role was made automatically when the bot joined.

• @tickers-green and @tickers-red can be placed in any order

• Then have the role the bots come under as the bottom role, eg @Price bots

Commands:

The bot will respond when you @ it. The development of the bots interactions is currently underway. The only available commands/interactions are:

B!help - Displays current commands and useful info

B!support - Gives an invite for the support server

Price not showing up in the bots nickname? - Make sure the bot has nickname permissions and then wait 5mins for the bot to register your server. If the bot still has no nickname after 10mins, and it has the nickname permissions then do $support to join the support server; or head over to https://discord.gg/KAMHgRz
