Staffs are pretty unprofessional, making fun of its players on the ticket threads WHICH IS VERY unecessary and unprofessional and really rude… its a proper decorum to just handle the problem without making fun of the person who’s on hold… but oh well them support are like kids who bullies their players… 😵‍💫

The concept of the bot is fun and all but it has too many issues to be enjoyable half the time. Sometimes you drop a great card and the reaction buttons just don't work, so either nobody gets the card or you lose one YOU DROPPED to someone else just because of some error.

Where do I even start. The bot crashes every second and has a lot of bugs making it super inconvenient and unplayable. They also have TONS of straight up NSFW cards despite a large amount of people in the community being minors. Stupid rule that doesn’t allow players to be kind and give others cards, because you’ll need to give something with equal value back in exchange or it’s a straight ban. So...
