Bot is great! Does go down for weeks at a time and support server is unavailable but otherwise its a great bot!

This bot was exactly what I needed and support was able to answer my questions from their support server. This a great tool among a lot of others trying to do the same thing. Only suggestion I have for the devs is to update your a!help mail info to explain that this specifically controls notifications to users upon being kicked/banned.
