pretty easy to set up does everything i want for my server. I would love a command to be able to change the "only you can see" suggestion message

Heya we have been using this bot very good, but we would like to have an option to turn the ticket created message off

The idea of a bot that uses threads instead of channels is a good idea, but because private threads are for boost level the tickets are public, everyone can read/write the tickets.

yeah that unfortunately is a disadvantage, but if the server has the capability to use private threads (from the server getting boosted), the bot automatically uses them instead of public ones
