Tycket

Tycket is a bot, with amazing slash command capabilities to create a support ticket area where you, your staff, and your customer can chat with the total privacy of only you and your staff being able to access tickets!

You can start setting up Tycket by first creating a category where you want tickets to be opened, copying the ID of the category, and then setting it up with Tycket by using the command t.setcategory {yourCategoryID} to make Tycket open tickets only in that category! NOTE: It is a core feature to be enabled as soon as you invite Tycket, do that to open tickets!

That's all! Your customers can now open tickets by the only command of /open!

Once done, use /close to close an existing ticket!

You are now ready to use the amazing Tycket bot!
