leno mail is a ticketing bot, created to provide the user's with best experience to handling the support system of their respective communities. Also, leno mail is a user friendly ticketing system.

• How to configure Leno Mail?

Explanation :

• Channel - Mention the channel where user can interact to raise the ticket
• Category - Mention the Category, where user Ticket's should Display.
• Description - Give a description on the Embed Message of the Main Interaction Display.
• Embed Color - Choose your Favourite Embed Color for all the ticketing interaction.
• Choice 1 - Set the respectictive category for interaction to raise a ticket. (Mandatory)
• Choice 2 - Set the respectictive category for interaction to raise a ticket. (Mandatory)
• Emoji - choose your favourite emoji for the choice of category
• Staff Role - Set a staff role to get notified whenever the ticket has been raised
• Choice 3 - Set the respectictive category for interaction to raise a ticket. (Optional)

• How to disable / remove Leno Mail?

• ticket-disabled - helps to remove the ticketing system from your Discord Community as well it will clear the entire Database related to your community with us. (we won't hold any data)

• What are the other features does Leno Mail has?

Explanation :

• /add member : [@member] - it helps to add another staff (or) any other party releated to the ticket number.
• /close-ticket - opens a popup which helps you to type reason for closing the ticket. Once you done giving the reason ticket will auto delete in 5minutes.
