Added the 'bfusion' command, which allows you to take any pairs of duplicate cards and upgrade their rarity.

Changes that should make the bot more consistent, with fewer errors Street Fighter Cards added Tekken Fighter cards added. A total of 234 cards added. Fixed some issues with the centering of card-images.
