Thats why I've built Discord Tasks - a small tool that lets you manage your Trello tasks directly from Discord:

Create Trello cards from Discord with /task command, add subtasks by replying in the thread, and mark them done with a ✅ reaction. Changes sync automatically between Discord and Trello in both directions. Use /move command to move cards between Trello lists — all without leaving Discord.

No context switching. No extra tabs. Just your workflow, where you already are.
