A bot based on the reddit bot Roboragi to get information on anime and manga

Misaka is a bot to get information on anime and manga without worrying about dumb commands. The usage is pretty simple.
Let's say you're having a conversation with a friend and your friend asks what anime the meme you just posted is from, you can respond with something like oh it's from {A Certain Scientific Railgun T} I think and Misaka will provide information on A Certain Scientific Railgun T provided from anilist.
