balak

balak is chatbot with moderation features. It can talk to you, tell the weather, search stuff and lots of stuff more.

normal commands

 
• b. text:- make the bot reply to text    like to b. hi(notice the space) it will reply Hey
     to search some thing    
       
  1. b. google query:- balak will google the query and return a brief summary or links
       
  2. b. search query:- balak will google the query and return a list of links
     
   
 
• b.weather city:- ask for the weather in city
 
• brepeat text times:- make balak repeat text, given amount of times the default is 1
 
• b.calculate query:- make balak do query maths
 
• Note: this command is still in beta mode there are a lot of bloat messages that will appearbplay query:- search for query on youtube and play it in the voice channel you are connected to, Note: requires you to be connected to a voice channel
 
• bdisconnect:- the bot, unfortunately can't disconnect itself from a voice channel, so it has to be done manually using this command
 
• b.announce text:- make an announcement text in the default sys channel or the configured announcement channel
 
• balak:- a ping command to check if the bot is active

moderation commands

 
• b.kick person reason:- make the bot kick person for reason, requires the bot to have permissions to kick a person, also the user requesting the command should have kick person permissions
 
• b.create-channel name:- create channel with name
 
• bplease_unmute:- request getting unmuted by the admins
 
• bclear number:- clear number of messages, default 1
 
• b.report message_link:- report a message to balak using message_link Note: in order to get a message reported, just react on it using 😠, if more than 3 people react, the message will be reported and sent to the admins

Settings and configuration

 
• b.settings "announcement_channel= #channel":- configure the #channel to send announcements there
 
• b.settings "system_channel= #channel":- configure the #channel to send reports and unmute requests there
 
• b.settings "greet= <yes|no>":- configure balak to send greeting to a new member
 
• b.settings "mute on ping= <yes|no>":- by default, balak mutes a person if he/she pings everyone, this can be turned on or off, using this command
