Change the color of your name with ease
Welcome to Cyaneus
Cyaneus is a simple bot that uses Discord's role feature and hex codes to change the color of you name. Below, you can find some instructions for setup, and a basic command list. You'll also be able to find a list of special features implemented.
Setup
- Invite the bot from this page.
- Move Cyaneus' role above your highest public role that has a color (or anywhere if you don't have any colored roles)
- You're good to go! You can run
/setcolor <hex color code>
Commands
Here you can find some basic commands
| /help | Shows a full command list |
| /setup | Sets up role positioning for the server. (You must be an administrator to run this command) |
| /creset | Resets your color to the server's default |
| /setcolor #<hex color code> | Sets your color to the color code provided |
Features
The bot has a few features that are not activated directly by commands, you can see them below.
- Role Conservation
- Because of the way Discord handles roles, you can only have up to 250 of them in your server. Because of this, Cyaneus has a feature that automatically deletes colored roles if they are not being used by someone.
