Rick Roll Bot

A rick roll bot to troll all your friends in VC, simply just run the command ;;rickroll <mention user> (-silent)
What -silent does is just deletes the message to make it a "stealthy" rick roll. It is also optional, you don't have to put it. Obviously, there is a help menu, just run ;;help

The bot is currently in beta, which means there may be some bugs/glitches if so, quite weird but just do ;;suggest which is both, report bugs and a suggest feature thing.
