I have been looking for a reliable and stable ticket bot since forever, and this is one is the real deal. It can do about anything you would want it to do, and with ease. I am currently using it for my server ".gg/cool-people" currently with 90k+ members and it is working flawlessly. They are quick to fixing bugs and their support staff are amazing in what they do. Easy 10/10.

After almost 10 years on discord, this is the most easy-to-use ticket bot while also being jam packed full of different customizations. After seeing the web panel, it took me approximately 42 seconds to decide on switching to it entirely. Hands down the only ticket bot i will ever use. Very active support staff, usually respond within a few hours if not within the hour.
