   -description - Follow a state's covid-19 status and get notified everyday at 9am and 9pm IST

   2. district - Choose a district to follow its status, optional.
   3. channel - Choose a channel where the notification will come, optional.
   4. message - Set a custom message that appears with the embed, optional.
