`/cstart` - Start a giveaway with a few parameters
1. Giveaway Channel
2. Duration (example: 10s, 10m, 10h, 10d)
3. Winners (The amount of winners)
4. Prize (The prize you are giving away!)

`/cend` - End a giveaway by it's message id!
