Q: Do you guys offer 24/7 support?

A: Yes, we do! You can contact us by reaching out to us in our support channel or DM'ing our Modmail bot. We offer a quick turnaround time!

Q: Bot Bumper is giving me errors when I bump my bot! What's going on!

A: Thank you for pointing it out to us! Usually, it may just be a small networking problem or a problem with one of our many APIs or even Discord itself. You can join our support server and reach out to us with a screenshot of the error message and we'll tell you what happened. A common error that we're finding is that your bot is not cached, so make sure your bot shares a server with Bot Bumper!

Q: What are some simple error codes upon bumping that I can look for before reaching out to you if it's a known issue?

A: Here are some simple errors codes that you may be able to debug yourself. If you are still unsure about something, please reach out to us. We will be happy to clarify any questions or concerns.

• 401 - Unauthorized - This means we did not authorize ourselves correctly. You can either wait 5 minutes and try again or reach out to us (highly recommended).
• 403 - Forbidden - This means there is an issue with one of our connection methods (that we're blocked from some endpoint). If this is the case, you can either wait 5 minutes and try again or reach out to us (highly recommended).
• 404 - Unknown or 404 - Not Found - This means your bot or you are not cached in our systems. If you are not cached, run a couple commands on the bot (like help, or something else) and if it's the bot, be sure your bot shares a server with Bot Bumper.
• 502 - Bad Gateway - This means there's an issue with one of our APIs or Discord itself (with one of the bot endpoints). Please either try again in 5 minutes or reach out to us if the issue persists.
• 503 - This means that there's an issue with one of the APIs as the API server is not ready to receive requests. Like the 502 error, you can wait 5 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, you can reach out to us.

Q: I'm banned from the Flightex Development server! What do I do!

A: You can DM either a Moderator or an Owner and find out what happened and how to appeal. You should have received a ban reason from the bot (if it wasn't severe). You may still inquire about your ban reason by DM'ing one of us. Please note that spam DMs will result in you being blocked, so please be considerate.
