There is a full features and commands list built in to our custom help command - !help - so I wanted to use this space to give you a quick introduction to the bot! 

 **Core Commands:**

!ticket
This command will allow users to open a ticket to request support from your moderation team. Please make sure you have a Staff role (Capital S) in order to ensure your staff can all see the ticket channels once created.

!giveaway
This command will allow you to host a giveaway in your server. Giveaways can currently run for up to 24 hours, but we do intend to improve this in a future patch! 

!ban
This command will allow you to quickly and efficiently ban a member from your guild. For peace of mind, only members with the permissions to ban members will be able to trigger this command successfully. 

!unban
This command will allow you to unban a member from your guild. Again the command is restricted to those with the correct permissions. 

!addrole
This command will allow you to add a role to a member, in the future, we plan on adding role assignment also. 

!removerole
This command will allow you to remove a role from a member.

!suggest
This command will allow users to make a suggestion, as well as provide reactions for other members to upvote, or downvote the suggestion. 

!vote
This command allows you to host a vote quickly and easily, as well as providing reactions for said vote, currently votes support only two options, but in the future we will bring out a patch to improve this. 

There is more to the bot than mentioned here, just use !help in your server once the bot is added, and you will be able to see a exhaustive list, with details on all 21 of our supported commands.
